The school buses are available for the children. The parents are to find out about pick-up points from the transport office.
1.It will be the responsibility of the parents to ensure that their children reach the pick-up points well on time, as the transport will not be delayed if the child is not available at the pick-up point. In case of any problem regarding buses, the transport in-charge may be contacted.
2.Similarly parents are to make sure that the pick-up their children at the notified time from the specified bus stop, failing which, the child will be taken back to the school office or the transport office, where the parents are supposed to collect their child under their own arrangements.
3.Only parents can pick-up their child from the school. Any other person has to be properly authorised in writing by the parent.
4.Buses may reach the bus stop 10 minutes earlier or 10 minutes later. School buses are arranged with almost care, but school takes no responsibility for any mishap during transit. Parents are not allowed to enter the bus under any circumstances.
5.The child should travel only the route alloted and no other route.
6.Unruly behavior like shouting or bullying is strictly prohibited. The school reserves the right to ask the child to discontinue the use of bus in the above mentioned case.
7.Buses should be opted for at the begining of the session. School will not entertain any request during the session.
8.Even if the child uses the route one way, full payment has to be made for both ways.
9.Students wishing to discontinue the service should inform the school office at least one month in advance in writing with a copy to transport incharge.
